Tsurumi pond pumps carry a 2-year manufactures warranty. Click on the Tsurumi Warranty
icon “below/above” to submit your warranty request. You will be required to enter
your name, mailing address, email address, and product serial number. The serial
number you enter will be validated for warranty eligibility. In the event you pump
is covered under Tsurumi warranty, a factory reconditioned unit will be shipped
to your address via Ups ground service. The pump will ship with a prepaid, pre addressed
return shipping label enclosed in the box. Please use this label to return the failed
pump. Simply pack the failed pump in the same box, apply the return service label
and hand the package off to any Ups driver or Ups store. This service is provided
by Tsurumi Pump at no cost to you.
